Lizi is the Global Executive Creative Director at Octagon and has co-built the foundations of a new kind of agency; No2ndPlace. An agency using the power of sport to create enduring social change. She specialises in building strategic thinking and culture-shifting creativity in the  Womens Sport arena whilsts all projects should have a positive impact on the world. 
Lizi has been named by The Drum as one of the world’s most creative women and received Campaign's Women Leading Change Award for her devotion to the support of diversity in the industry. Lizi is the co-author of Creative Superpowers, co-founder of SisuGirls, and builder of the SheSays Community. 
Media often taps into Lizi’s marketing and creative expertise. She appeared on Australia’s popular marketing television show Gruen, was featured as a Creative Director thriving in Asia, and supports several social learning platforms. As you can imagine, Lizi is no stranger to the stage having enthralled audiences at TedX, The Master's Stage of Creativity, and maybe her MBA Class.

My role is to inspire and influence the Global Leadership Team ultimately driving a higher quality of creative output globally; with the belief this is done by advancing the culture of creativity.
Since being in this role; We have pitched and won the Toyota Olympic & Paralympic 2024 account. We have collected numerous awards for The Mastercard Sonic Trophy, 4x Clio Awards, including Gold in Innovation, and at The Drum Awards 2023, we were honoured with the Jury Chair Award.  The work delivered globally placed Octagon for the first time; Network Agency of the Year #5.

Witnessing the true impact sport can have on society we co-built the foundations of a new kind of agency; No2ndPlace. An agency using the power of sport to create enduring social change.
The first two years of business have allowed us to produce award-winning work alongside FIFA Women's World Cup & UN Women. We have developed a proprietary Framework for the measurement of impact across, Business, Brand, Natural, Huaman &  Social Capital. Whilst conducting ground-breaking, foundational research into the power of sport to drive societal change in Australia; The Starting Line.
